With over 15 years of roofing experience, he has dedicated his career to ensuring customers receive the quality and service they deserve. Joey Denman brings a diverse background and strong work ethic to Elite Construction & Roofing. Raised on a farm in Tallahatchie County, he grew up playing sports, participating in 4-H, and achieving milestones in Boy Scouts. After high school, he served in the Army before exploring various careers, ultimately finding his passion in roofing.

With 100 contracts signed, Joey takes pride in his work and believes in the philosophy that when you love what you do, it never feels like work. He is grateful to be part of a company that aligns with his dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys life with his fiancé and their three beloved pets.

Jackson Mills brings discipline, leadership, and a passion for service to Elite Construction & Roofing. A graduate of Alcorn Central High School, he went on to serve four years in the Army as a Signal Operations Support Specialist (25U), earning honors from the U.S. Army Signal Corps at Fort Gordon, GA. He later served with the 288th Combat Engineer Unit in Houston, MS, before continuing his studies in Oxford, MS.

After meeting CEO Carlos Zuniga, Jackson saw a company built on knowledge and integrity, and his skills earned him the role of Marketing Director. He is excited about the opportunity to contribute to both the company and the community. Outside of work, he is preparing to welcome his first child in July with his fiancée.
